The Ask ATR assistant is an automated, rules-based navigation tool. Its purpose is to help visitors find services, quotation forms, office details and staff contact pathways. It does not calculate or verify construction costs, assess claims, interpret contracts or documents, provide professional opinions, make decisions on behalf of ATR or create an engagement.

No Engagement

Using the website, using the assistant, submitting an enquiry or uploading documents does not create a consultant-client relationship or constitute acceptance of an instruction. A professional engagement begins only when the parties agree the applicable scope, fee and terms.

Accuracy, Currency and Reliance

ATR aims to maintain accurate website content but does not warrant that every page, automated response, external link or third-party service is complete, current, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. Project-specific conclusions depend on the information available and the agreed professional scope.

Files and Submissions

You must only provide documents and information that you are authorised to share. Do not submit malicious files, executable code, passwords, one-time security codes, payment-card details or internet-banking credentials through the website assistant or public enquiry pathways. If information is highly sensitive, contact ATR first to confirm the appropriate transfer method.

Payment and Impersonation Fraud

The website assistant will not request passwords, verification codes, card details or banking login credentials. Unexpected or changed payment instructions should be independently verified with ATR using contact details published on this website before funds are transferred.

Tax, Legal and Safety Matters

Tax-depreciation website information does not replace advice from a registered tax agent or the ATO about an individual's tax position. Website content and the assistant do not provide legal advice or emergency, engineering or site-safety instructions.

External Services

The website links to or uses third-party services, including map, translation and form-hosting services. ATR does not control the availability or security of third-party platforms. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when they are used.
